I think this depends on your experience level.IE low experience not a lot of deals in your deal bucket in the past.. then money is priority first, cant buy without money or funding .

And is low balling being used, because you know at certain times it's a waste of time due to high demand for that asset.So I kind of spoke about this in a cloudy manner because I approach it non methodically, and try to maintain flexibility.

If your price points are low 10K may go some distance.

@Marty BoardmanThat statistic is so misleading because you were not allowed to foreclose the prior year in many locations.That would be like lowering the drinking age to 18 and saying teenage drinking is up 80%.Foreclosures are at all time lows and will continue to trend up.

So she failed, has no documentation and may as well be making numbers up. thankfully its only a couple grand not the end of the world just move on and dont get so wrapped up in it... we all have bummer situations that cost us money it happens in RE ..
