Hey all,I don't know if this is the best forum for this, but I'm looking for an architect with a multi-family design slant in/near Van Nuys.

That money designated for the buyer side of the commission is going to go to someone whether the listing agent brings the buyer or the buyer is brought by a different agent.

Website design, domain, email with your website address etc.

I could find deals as a bird dog and/or provide graphic/web design in exchange for being shown the ropes.

You've freed them from a weight that they would have been unlikely to able to escape from under themselves.I saw a couple of posts this week from a designer giving tips, tricks, and lessons on what to put into a property - and although her photos were from an 80 unit new building in New York, I think yours are even better.  

Simpler and cheaper (much) than quick books and designed for real estate.  

I am a design build contractor so the refurb part is where my strength is.  

She loves design and decorating and has done a fabulous job in our home, so I know she'd be a huge help on the same for real estate ideas as well.I'm now in the process of getting the money straight.
