This logic is difficult for me to digest given this is mid-year and all the funds are allocated previous year.Anyone with experience or insights?

HUD VASH vouchers are only given to vets who are at risk of homelessness, so it is logical that they would have experienced trouble paying their bills prior to receiving a voucher.  

That has some good logic too.

It sounds like a logical plan to me as long as you are willing to deal with the back end work of AirBnB. 

The logic behind this is that as a young person you need to diversify.

I feel like there has to be a more logical way investors do this, I just do not know how. 

Not sure what you are basing Hawaii as top markets but I admit most of the Hawaii cities likely are too small to be included in the core logic list.

In that cause using the "deductibility follows use" logic, the use is to improve the original property which is why the interest is deductible.

I understand your logic in that the bigger deals are less of a hassle and I agree.
