My issue and question to all of you out there is this:  I'm concerned about being nickel and dimed but I'm also concerned about receiving the training and support I'll likely need as a new agent.  

University education is not job training.

The City of Austin took a three day training this week, so we are scheduled for our first CO inspection today which we are sure to fail.  

This is a group of investors who are everyday folks, and the training you get is really great. 

His interest in your success doesn't stop with the training.

Seems that he's selling training on how to do wholesale deals.

I enjoyed their training program and what they  outlined for new agents.

Then, try to line up a monthly stipend with a big broker who needs an extra hand, and who also wants to train you to assist with his/her high volume.

On the same train of thought as academics, have you considered taking a gap year before going to college?
