If so charge a fee to enter the hunting preserve.Plant trees along the shores and down some in the water to make fish hiding spots for anglers.Sponsor drag-boat races once a month.Rental pedal boats, call it courtship lake and have a wedding venue for rent with a view of the lake.Sell it to the YMCA to use as a summer swimming camp.If you own the land adjacent, build on that.Easier fish to fry than this project.Just my 2 cents...
