Was wondering how often do landlords repaint.

Other than the lease agreement, pet addendum, pre/post inspection and rental application forms... what else would be necessary to be prepared for my first rental?

Love it mainly because they have an amazing app for tenants (which actually seems a bit more complete than the landlord app so far) that even has features for tenants to use with roommates.

If your squatter was under a lease agreement, you would be able to file eviction proceedings in Landlord Tenant Court (Municipal Court).

It allows you to learn land lording as well by renting part of your house and bringing in income.
