What does it say about his judgement?

I didn't see any problem during our winter rains, and now, the first rain after the cooler installation my ceiling is damp, with popcorn loosening and raining to the floor.the cooler co is sending someone out today.

Since it's pouring rain here so I was able to see whether the roof leaked--how convenient!

While any and all education can be valuable, there is no shortcut to knowledge, experience and judgement needed for commercial real estate investing.

I'm not trying to rain on your parade, just encouraging you to get all the facts first, and then make a decision.

I believe there is a way to get out of this situation in a fair manner, i.e, I fix the items that ought to be fixed, but am allowed to defer certain maintenance that I have the prerogative to decide, I think it is just my lack of knowledge on how to deal with the situation, hence I am reaching out for help on how to get a fair judgement.

Also have the rain gutters scheduled to be cleaned out at least annually as I had a roof that needed repair that had water seeping into the interior causing wood damage due to clogged gutters.Both mistakes cost me thousands of dollars 💵 in repairs and damage.
