Great to see that you're going to start getting more active on BP.

I have about 30 years of construction management experience and I had an active real estate broker license for about 30 years too. 

You also have the added burden of Self Employment Taxes if you are actively participating in the business.In my opinion, you've jumped into a business without understanding a lot of the administrative aspects of it.

Also, Michael's strategy worked for me as well - starting out as an equity partner with experienced sponsors played a huge education role in my journey and allowed me to make some cash along the way.
