At this time I also skim the utility bills that were paid during the month and see if any water bills have shot way up indicating a leak the PM should send a plumber out to investigate.  

Mobiles are generally poorly constructed, hollow core doors and cheap hardware to match, cheap plumbing fixtures and materials.....investigate what it takes to swap out a water heater in a mobile............

Since the house was vacant until Feb I wouldn't have broken the minimum threshold requiring the Franchise Board Tax as they assess it quarterly and their quarter ended March 31st but I imagine that any issues will be investigated come this months statement...
