Nervous and excited at the same time.How about you?

I'm nervous to send it off to the loan servicing bank and risk them not approving as well.Thoughts?

I get very nervous when people try to pay me in cash.

I have been doing a lot of research and have seen some properties that appear to be very good deals after considering the ARV and potential cash flow it could create for another investor but I have been nervous to proceed inputting an offer down in fear of missing a particular detail that could blow the deal.

I'm nervous about an out of state rental and the small income potential on this house.

Tenant moving in Thursday made me nervous since she was from out of town and delayed a couple of days, but it was relatively early in the month so I was confident I'd rent it.

Considering a turn key, nervous about neighbourhoods being C class over B class.

All that to say, IMO I would be nervous to partner with a contractor hopefully there is another type of relationship there as well.
