I am looking for a fairly seasoned wholesale investor in the Midtown Atlanta, GA area who has capacity to mentor me through my very first deal. We can partner up and split the deal for a 50/50 profit! I have been doing a lot of research and have seen some properties that appear to be very good deals after considering the ARV and potential cash flow it could create for another investor but I have been nervous to proceed inputting an offer down in fear of missing a particular detail that could blow the deal.
