The last year or so I've been thinking of trying to get my real estate license and after speaking to a good friend of mine who has been a realtor for over 25 years and is very successful in her field I'm now seriously thinking of giving it a try.

Here's a unique wholesale obstacle that I'm struggling to find a solution to.

If you get a construction loan, the rehab is inherent with the loan so the roof is a non-issue.

.)- The land is flat and even with small bushes, weeds, and shrubs.Surrounding Land:- The immediate surrounding areas are large, vacant lots with some homes sprinkled in here and there (maybe 5-10 farm style homes on large plots of land).- The closest stores/shopping areas/neighborhoods are 3-5 miles away.Concerns:- Lancaster has a high crime rate (higher than in 87% of U.S. cities).- The land is surrounded by large, unkept, and vacant lots for miles.- The land is on the outskirts of Lancaster.

Maybe it is a choatic time in her life for only those two instances. 

His sister came over to reason with him and he waved a gun in her face. 5 cop cars showed up and all told us that this was his right since he lives on this property. 

It's that a roadblock and you are going to turn back, or is it an obstacle to overcome. 

He is staying there illegally already.Dan, I had a similar situation -  a tenant moved in her boyfriend while telling me that he wasn't living there.

I feel like there is a hidden obstacle that I'm not seeing.
