ROOMMATE REFUSES TO LEAVE

My grandpa lets his son live with him. The son has a drug problem which I think says it all....

He has been asked to leave but refuses. His sister came over to reason with him and he waved a gun in her face. 5 cop cars showed up and all told us that this was his right since he lives on this property. They told my grandpa he doesn't have to leave without proper notice.

I need a sample form for Florida legally stating that he has 30 days to leave the premises. I can't seem to find anything that doesn't talk about breaking a lease. They also have the same name so I'm not sure how that will complicate things.

If you have a form that will cover all the bases, please send it my way!

Your best route would be to contact an attorney on this one.  This sounds like it could be very cloudy.  Since he doesn't have a lease, the attorney may be able to position him as a squatter, but I'm not sure.
