The property require a lot of TLC, if I put enough improvement and rent it out again, can I "decontrol" this rent control?

At such prices, it is possible to find investments with with month rent at 1% of the property price (that's 12% gross yield).Investing for rental income is easier than for gain, as one just needs to find a property with an affordable rent, in an area with a healthy job market to be able rent it, there is no need to find a property below market price as in the capital gain business model.At $900-$1400 per month, most tenants rent by choice as they could save to buy a better house.

It needs paint, flooring, minor plumbing, small carpentry jobs, landscaping and hvac work.I plan on renting the home and I'm looking for advice on decorating.

Well now for the last job I did for him he has apparently decided not to pay me.

The issue I'm having, embarrassingly enough, is that I didn't get into this current job making $760 per week until Late March of this year and my previous job income was pathetic making $11 per hour at 37 hours per week.

I have been pretty good about budgeting my money but I know there is always room for improvement.

My goal is to be able to work part-time at my current job and part-time in the real estate business.  

I lived in Berkshire county for 2 yrs quite some time agoDidn't appear to be great flipping area but good buy and hold areamaybe things have changed and GE  or other companies have brought jobs there best of fortune  to you .
