The problem we have run into with some of the tenants is they pay by debit card and in the current Cozy app, there are fees associated with this vs none when a bank acct is used.

I'll post the exact numbers but my 4/2/2 with a PP of $95K and rehab costs of $23K will have rehab completed on 9/27, exactly 30 days after closing and I expect it to be rented within 2 weeks from that date.

You can download the robinhood app which doesn't charge per transaction and since you are just trying to invest your money instead of keeping it in your savings you can just invest in some safe slow growing stocks.
