I call it hunting for buyers.

If you hunt around enough you will find someone to do it for you.

However, while we were cleaning up, we treasure hunted out at least $3000 stuff, including $300 cash on the floor, several un-opened Amazon boxes, new-in-box computer/gaming items, hair tool ($300), YouTuber's gadgets, new with tag heated jacket ($220), an unassembled exercise bench ($500 at least), so many new or near new stuff that you can sell.

We actually continued our hunt for a multi-family for about a month afterwards and found our first deal on a duplex in Azle, TX.

Same scenario as others have mentioned; someone reports they're doing "god's work" (here in the south folks often don't question those who claim to be doing such work) and are renting their homes on the cheap.Last one that came up on craigslist I got so mad at I actually called the number and left a message that if I ever found them I'd hunt them down and blow them to kingdom come (I thought that was rather ironic...must have been a Monday when I called). 

This should cover costs of hunting/selling of the deal.
