Hey @Sujan BasnetI highly recommend the North Georgia meet up hosted by @Jered Sturm.

I would say on average it performs more like a single net lease with the host handling maintenance and management as many owners are more comfortable taking the responsibility for taxes and insurance out of the hands of the host/operator.
