I am fairly new to real estate investment and I want to network with fellow members around Atlanta area. I am almost closing on a house that I am planning to rent it out to Kennesaw States Students. I want to grow rental portfolio in 2018 and also get in to BRRR....

The better groups are sponsored by the REIAs. GAREIA and SouthAtlantaREIA both have websites listing the groups but require membership to attend. The other REIAs in Atlanta have gotten profit crazy and the meetings are sales pitches.
