hi everyone i hope everyone is doing ok. im a out of state investor and looking to buy a triples or fourplex in subur of chicago, my question here is : are there specific suburbs  where i can find those type of properties. anybody here investing in chicago suburb, which suburbs of chicago is a good place to invest . thanks for your response

After all, there must be some reason you chose to STR this property rather than LTR in the first place. 5 solid months of using all of your facilities is going to create some wear and tear for sure.

Many of the buyers are pretty solid buyers but they don't have an acceptable road to financing their purchase.

I think that many Realtors who are very responsive and good at getting to know their clients and what they’re looking for can work well with investors.

First, let me say I made a mistake in not holding my standards with this tenant, I totally own my responsibility and it's a powerful learning lesson....AND, I rented a non conforming bedroom, and the tenant wants to be released from the lease and is threatening to report not having a big enough egress window.
