Just please don't feel like you have to spend thousands of dollars on some guru course to begin.haha yeah that what i was thinking of buying a "course" online that comes with like 12 audio cd for like 40 bucks i doubt i would ever pay anything over 1k on a RE course i rather read books , listen to tapes, and go on bigger pockets.

In addition, if I was a newbie investor, and read Mike's posts and blog, I would be scared stiff to become a RE investor.

But what do I know, I haven't taken any RE courses, they could teach me much more than I could learn from my RE books and CCIM courses.The Finance degree sounds interesting for understanding how finance works.

Is this right by the way, or what is the least that people are getting away with as earnest money without RE agent?

There is so much opportunity in the RE market.

All I have to say is he's commenting on everyones stuff and he himself has not actively invested in RE in almost 30 years.

My problem is that my experience with RE only dates back to '99.
