There is a very large area that is quite muddy with very noticeable green grass (growing like on a refilled swimming pool, see 2nd image).

Not only that, but I cringe every time I see really green people talking about "putting deals together" and starting syndications - there are a TON of moving parts in large commercial deals, and even more competition from experienced investors and firms.

The best way to go about it would be local REIAs (the latest one I attended had at least 8 investors looking for a wholesaler and gave me their business cards) and Biggerpockets!

I recently had an investor contact me and asked if I can work with him, he found my business card on a home (I'm a real estate agent in the Brooklyn area)I think it's a great opportunity and I definitely won't mind working with him but how do I make sure he will pay me for my services?

Personally, USAA is good for car insurance and a good rate on a credit card but that is about it.
