hello,I bought a house that came with a big swing in the backyard.

It is the perfect weekly rental located 6 miles from Holden Beach and 10 miles from Ocean Isle Beach, NC, and tons of Golf Courses. 

Some locales will also have additional fees and charges to pay for schools, medical facilities or other public projects - and sometimes those fees pay for golf club memberships or new personal vehicles for people in county/city government (it's not cool but it happens, and it's perfectly legal in many cases).

I have yet to play hardball with them to really work that rate down, but thanks for the reminder to see if I can swing something. 

The posts of a fence sit on the inside of the owner's property, a gate may swing either way. 

If they don't move on the agreed date then I will file for eviction .I tried to get them to move out and give them money later but they would not have funds to sign the new lease.Please don't judge me , I am just sick of these chaps taking a swing at me and need them gone yesterday But you are right what would I do if they took my money and still don't move .

Luckily for me, I dumped all my junk in that market at the peak of the last up swing.

What if the other tenant wants to put swing set in for their kids or a storage shed?

Same thing as if window is broken by baseball or golf ball flying through the window.
