I am definitely not an expert on this particular subject, but I watch a lot of YouTube videos and listen to a lot of Podcasts, and anyone I have ever listened to tends to believe that quality photos do get them better renters.

I sent her my list of questions and even sent a video, once they answered everything and watched the video, I had them come by for a tour later that same day.As we brought the tour to an end, they mentioned to me that they loved it and asked what the next step was.

I've been watching the BP videos on YouTube and reading the guides here.

That's why I haven't done videos on the other ones yet.

@Jesse Boren I am producing 4 videos on the VA loan and strategies as we speak.

Drainage is key, using a proper retaining wall method NOT skipping anything (youtube has volumes of videos on this as does the manufacturers), a good quality exterior door. 

We eat healthy here in the US, but it's impossible to get away from the chemicals. 

@Ryan Kerr that is a smaller demo...so I think you could get away with around $2000-$3000.
