Going all in on motivation often leads to disappointment, frustration and unfinished endeavors.

Its getting frustrating, feels like every time I’m ready to make a move i forget what I’ve learned.

Gets frustrating at times.  

It's been great for sellers, but really frustrating for buyers....the escalation's are taking home upward of 20,000 the listing price, and buyers are just making multiple offers, often on several properties before getting one accepted.

Seems to me that a lot of the threads that I am reading, things like, "thats not my problem they cant pay rent" and "its a business and not a charity" is misdirected frustration because they, the business owner, is either over leveraged or didnt plan properly to handle this type of situation.

I feel they are overly safe in all the deals we’ve done, which can be sometimes frustrating because they are very pricey for me.

It was a tough lesson, at 23 years old, on investments not working out as expected, but one that ultimately saved me a lot of frustration and cash. 

Engage them to the point of frustration because they will pursue you to get the "yes" that you know going in you're NOT going to give them.
