I think they should be included, because, like someone else pointed out, you could have damage to the floors, etc, with install/removal.

They are probably not professional painters, and they might slop it around the trim, floor, doors, windows, ceiling, etc. 

Two houses in Fredericksburg recently, and the only sub my husband is happy with is the electrician (and maybe the flooring guy).

I’ve made some upgrades to my unit: new AC, hurricane shutters, bamboo flooring, as examples over the years, but haven’t upgraded the cabinets, countertops, or tile in the kitchen or bathrooms.

Use the rest to construct  two building with 4 20X20 apartments on the first floor and two 40X20 apartments on the second floor a total of 12 units.

Are you adding a floor or addition?

Project scope: landscaping, new fence, new plumbing (from the main and in the house), new electrical, converted from oil to gas, new HVAC, water heater, reconfigured upstairs to include 2 BRs and a real full bath, gutted kitchen, new bathroom on 1st floor, refinished HW floor, new roof and gutters, repair fascia, soffits, siding, painting, concrete work on sidewalk and driveway, new basement windows, new door and windows on detached garage.

New roof, new hardy siding, new floors, new interior/exterior paint, new deck, all new fixtures.

I've used all of the above at my properties, it is my secret weapon, it lets me wipe the floor with my competition(shh...don't tell anyone...)
