My first flip
I purchased a home in Depoe Bay Oregon for $131,000 cash. New roof, new hardy siding, new floors, new interior/exterior paint, new deck, all new fixtures. It took me 4 months to do on the side of my full time job and 7 weeks in the Bering sea commercial fishing. I was told it was a "6 month" market and I had two offers in 6 days and were under contract within the week with a full priced offer of $205,000. I definitely left a lot on the table by spending to much in a lot of areas but I still had a net profit after everything of $18,000
