The market you are referring to is evolving quickly and you very well may have an multifamily or single family development site on your hands...if not commercial.

If you are referring to my "Occupants from Hell" thread, yes, after almost 5 years, I finally got them out and that 5 years had the biggest run up in appreciation so I actually made out, but would I ever want to make that money in the same manner?

Just always make sure to vet properly, that mean getting references, viewing pictures of recently completed pictures that pertain to your strategy.

Andy Mirza’s reference to Platinum brought to mind that there is a Platinum level; they receive a level of recognition at Eddie’s Note Expo events. 

If you are referring to your personal assets, having umbrella insurance is a good start.
