You have the right mindset already so just expand on it.. different markets close by and asset classes A/B.. . 

Easiest would be to give proper notice and terminate.

Then expand out.

You have to read the contract properly and figure out who is responsible for the repairs. 

If they are looking to sell or looking to expand, you'll be the go-to person.Listings also expire.

Well your insurance on the property has to change to the name of the LLC to be properly insured.

Unfortunately there is no individual or specific governing body in regards to property management in NY State so there are a lot of illegal companies pretending to be property managers and there are serious consequences for operating as a property manager without being properly licensed in NY.
