;-)I'm not sure how a property can get stolen, apart from somebody exercising squatting rights in case it's occupied because you haven't checked it out for many years.

Within a given timeframe specified in the contract you can exercise your contingencies in order to be let out of the contract .

Crime rate seems quite high, so understand the area is so important there, it seems.Any advice and thoughts is appreciated, and looking to start a great team there to get the ball rolling.

I will be gone for a lot of the year on various exercises and possibly deployments so the main usage will be on them.

Im not too privy to syndication but it seems a new geo is more of a lateral play while syndication is more of a deep ball play.
