There are numerous studies that support that graveyards/cemeteries affect a home's resale value/desirability.So, how can I say in one sentence that it could be a good deal and in the next sentence state that the location will affect the value?

Buying your first investment property is a huge deal and is no easy task.

It lets you focus on scaling up instead of dealing with day-to-day management.

Goes to show you don't have to get your mortgage covered 100% by the rent from the other unit for it to be a good deal.

I think that means you are opposed to taking on debt for your first deal.

The major things we deal with currently in non-snow rentals are just hvac, roof, foundation.Thanks!
