Hi,I'm a 51 year old who would like to learn real estate because I absolutely enjoy working with people and participating in simple construction projects.

I truly enjoyed meeting all of you and hope that I was able to provide you with some useful information and insight into what may constitute unlicensed activity.

Really great events, I enjoyed them a lot. 

I thoroughly enjoy real estate investing and feel this is the correct path for the future as mortgage and bank interests rates will surely go up and would like to expand my knowledge as well as my portfolio with people of like-minds.

The landlord has rented a place to you for your "quite enjoyment" as your "home".You then decide to become a hotelier and begin sub-letting a portion of your "home" for short-term stays irrespective of the fact your lease forbids conducting a business from the premises.  

It's been in the back of my mind that this was a field I would enjoy and wanted to get involved in, but it seems I was always waiting for something to make that happen.I'm realizing that the time to start is now.

I grew up there and have enjoyed seeing it blossom over the years.  

I read his book and really enjoyed it and felt I learned a lot, really changed my investing mentality, but I agree with @Josh J. that I don't love the charging to review deals. 

So, do you enjoy owning out of state?

If it allows you to leave your regular job in a few years, you'll really enjoy the freedom you have to attend her events, chaperone field trips, meet her off the school bus, etc.
