Private capital is having a hard time engaging in the game and much of it is still on the side lines because the big six banks, who hold the majority of the NPN's and REO's have the cheapest money on the planet.

We are actually GC's, developers and brokers/agents, and our son in law is an electrical contractor, our son does project management, site and architectural design, so we have a lot of things covered.

He now does preliminary project design and project management.Have fun!
