Billy V. To Stage or not to Stage? That is the Question.

We still only stage for others when we have extra furniture -- while it is profitable, we would never stage our proects just to encourage other investors to try to hire us.I can imagine several scenarios where staging wouldn't be worth the time or cost, but we don't run into those situations very often.

Regardless, if someone was trying to keep the foreclosure hidden from the tenant, it would be difficult because the bank periodically sends a property preservation agent to the property who will knock on the door and speak to the tenant.I worked for a property preservation/ asset manager a few years ago hoping to get leads and was encouraged to make contact with the occupants whenever possible.

They've made it into a widget, if you will.They do not encourage their clients to flip properties, but use a short term by and hold, cash flowing strategy on assets with a huge future upside, like mine shown.Strongbrook owns the Real Estate Company, the Mortgage Company, the Property Management Company, has licensed insurance agents, and access to 3rd party custodial agents that can assist with self directing 401ks or IRAs.
