Running 3 20amp electrical and also the window heights will be different.Also I don't think they will let you do this 

Some of these items could be your preference for responsibility.If you wish to find out what the current or previous owner was paying (to get an average of monthly costs), you can call the electric company, water, sewer, etc, and tell them that you are looking to purchase a property and wanted to get info on the past usage.

Just make sure that you are not responsible for the electrical bill.  

HVAC, electrical, sewer and water service maintenace is on the LL, but not utilities.

Our 4 family is haunted.Every time we change tenants and that unit sits vacant for any amount of time, the bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms lose electricity, only the living room has power.

What can I say, I've been bit by the real estate bug and it's addicting!

This particular property had issues with a pushmatic electric box that I never could have anticipated.

I'll know more later, something to do for the fun of it.I need to be careful too, I don't want to get bitten by the RE bug again to the extent that I actually get involved actively again, I know what that's like.....LOL

So if you want an investor frindly lender i have that contact.I havent been very active on bp due to the negativity here on bp but a bug bit me tonight and i decided to stir the pot to that negativity.Anyways... good post John.
