Both are in pretty good parts of town (one in a historic neighborhood and the other in an up and coming neighborhood next to downtown)Does anyone do any social media or websites with their Airbnbs? 

I’ve lived in each of them and they have culture and nice downtowns.

Anyone know the going price per square foot for commercial/office space lease in Downtown Moorhead MN? 

(For those not familiar with Houston, the heights is a trendy neighborhood near downtown that originated in the 1920s and is experiencing a lot of new commercial and residential builds including trendy restaurants, coffee shops, and boutique stores)I have currently have a 5000 sqft property with a 1100sqft house (simple 2bed/1bath) built in 1930 and restored about 10 years ago.

I really liked one property because it was in a nice up and coming area and had very close proximity to downtown.

Which is why I was surprised when a 4-plex hit the Olympia market (right downtown!)

There are not many patches of undeveloped ground left, it really feels like a boomtown right now.So, I totally get millennials moving here especially for the purposes of raising a family, but Denver definitely holds the crown for all of the downtown amenities 😁, our downtown is still lagging behind, and we aren’t even in the same conversation when it comes to the music scene.But.......our beer holds its own 😜

For example, when is it smart to go from 4 lanes down to 3 lanes near downtown in a highly congested area?

That property is near Highway 35 which makes it super simple to get to the University of Dayton, downtown Dayton, the hospital, Wright State University and Wright Patterson Airforce Base, all within a few minutes.

Rent for the one bedroom would be between 500 to $550 and the two-bedroom would fetch another $650 and the house is located just a few blocks from the wells Corridor and the downtown Improvement project that's currently happening and should only increase property values over the next few years so I've Been Told.
