(For those not familiar with Houston, the heights is a trendy neighborhood near downtown that originated in the 1920s and is experiencing a lot of new commercial and residential builds including trendy restaurants, coffee shops, and boutique stores)I have currently have a 5000 sqft property with a 1100sqft house (simple 2bed/1bath) built in 1930 and restored about 10 years ago.

There are not many patches of undeveloped ground left, it really feels like a boomtown right now.So, I totally get millennials moving here especially for the purposes of raising a family, but Denver definitely holds the crown for all of the downtown amenities 😁, our downtown is still lagging behind, and we aren’t even in the same conversation when it comes to the music scene.But.......our beer holds its own 😜

Rent for the one bedroom would be between 500 to $550 and the two-bedroom would fetch another $650 and the house is located just a few blocks from the wells Corridor and the downtown Improvement project that's currently happening and should only increase property values over the next few years so I've Been Told.
