This is a great deal... if the house is cheap enough to cover any issues and make a good profit.This is a terrible dea if the house is overpriced, or you don't carry enough money to cover the repairs.What are they asking, what is the ARV and what are the renovation costs?

I am just curious- I ask because I have never had an issue with salt- and I would be in deep trouble if I didn't rely on it.I lay down salt before a big snow and it makes it much easier to manage.
