I would download my bank transactions weekly and export them to an excel where I could copy and past the date/amount/description and then just categorize it by type and property.  

I noticed the house went "Active with Contract" and the MLS description now shows 3474sf $769k which reduces the value to $221/sf.  

It is more like well-detalied pictures and descriptions of what is seen .. enough for taking a wise desition on the investment. 

If you can't afford professional photos you shouldn't be house hacking.Make sure your listing description includes the following items:RentIs utilities included or not?

If you enter an short description for each transaction, you can quickly generate a report showing all the work performed on the property for whatever period you want (didn't I just repair that fence last year?).

That was really convenient since I didn't need to post them on every website by myself and the only thing I needed to do is add the descriptions and photos of my house and they'll do everything for me.
