The way my brain operates best is learning quickly and taking an exam right away rather than trying to spread all of the information out over a longer period of time and trying to recall 140 answers to questions you may have learned months ago. 

Work with them, buy them lunch and pick their brain. 

I am also looking to connect with real estate agents that I could pick their brain as I go through the training, obviously mostly Pennsylvanians but any really would work as long as it isn't law based questions.

If anyone on here does book keeping for other investors please pm me, I'd like to pick your brain.

This is new territory for me and I'm just brain storming.

I re-read the responses, but my brain doesn't process something.  

In reality, that money guy, if they have a brain, is going to ask why they need you at all, but at the least, why pay you 50% when they can buy it and get a professional, licensed manager who is insured and bonded for 10%?????

But as your net worth grows it will become clear to them that this isn't some hare-brained scheme.)
