In doing wholesales I've realized that I am good at finding leads, and really enjoy doing it especially getting out and driving around, but I am very disorganized and almost overwhelm myself with data etc.A very good friend of mine has taken an interest in what I am doing.

Another source is using a list service such as Agentpro247 however the lists generated by these services may be out of date so your may want to avoid telling the owner "your taxes are delinquent" as they may have actually paid them since the list data was last updated.
