Having a comission assistant

In doing wholesales I've realized that I am good at finding leads, and really enjoy doing it especially getting out and driving around, but I am very disorganized and almost overwhelm myself with data etc.

A very good friend of mine has taken an interest in what I am doing. She on the other hand doesn't enjoy the analyzing of properties etc. But she is quite organized and enoys doing the things I don't. She's proactively offered to help and started making spreadsheets etc, just to help me get a bit organized.

I really want to harness her organization, and give her a flat percent from every wholesale fee, I just don't know what it should be.
She hasn't asked for anything, but I really want to motivate her so that shes not just helping me, and she becomes involved.

Any suggestions, or ideas.
