hi there as I go along the steps direct mailing seems like aiming at a black cat in the dark.

He took our personal and confidential information including drivers licenses, social security numbers, bank statements and other sensitive information we gave him to prove we were worthy to fund HIS deals and he purposely and maliciously violated the signed confidentiality agreement by putting it all on the dark internet.

They are the target audience, or who you want your marketing to speak to, the marketing message, or what you want your marketing to say, the method of delivery, or how you will say it to them, and your marketing budget.Without having a clear idea in your mind of who you are marketing to, all of your marketing efforts will be a shot in the dark.

They are in sketchier areas of town, where you probably wouldn’t want to be caught alone after dark.

Tenant has moved in 3 adult family members not on contract, has started smoking in the property (forbidden by contract), and market rental rates are substantially higher than the current rate so I am loosing a lot of cash.
