Tearing down my side will likely damage theirs and even if it doesn't, it would be a poor and unstable structure next to my newly paved drive way or new garage.Starting a first time project with a possible legal entanglement is less then appealing.

Overgrown landscape/piles of newspapers or notices and tags at doorstep/damaged roof windows etc a place that looks vacant or not taken care of basically and send them a letter saying you want to buy their house.

I have to say that the state of disrepair/decrepitness ofthis crappy old mobile exceeded even my worst expectations :shock: Ican`t believe that a husband, wife, 4 kids and 3 dogs actually lived here up until just 5 weeks ago - it *looks* more like this mobile was abandoned and left to the elements more like 5 *years* ago, based on my brief walkthrough.
