Our contract specifies the length of time I expect the job to take, and has a clause about delays due to weather, acts of God, materials, customer indecision, permits, and inspections and other delays beyond my control.

I've probably installed a hundred well-respected, custom made vinyl windows so far. 

They will never remember the website and will never navigate back to it at a later date.

They only survive generally if they have unique custom stuff at a great price that people can't get elsewhere.

Almost all travellers they want to see where is the Villa of their residence , and navigate in Google Earth.
