This goes back to the size and layout of the house—A big house will feel less messy and cluttered than a small house.

Because it will increase the amount of customers you get because you’re expanding to other platforms and which more people are at.

If i did sell, i am not sure which way i would go, because the stock market would(hopefully) do better than 3.5% so technically i would make more by putting it into stocks, but it would feel really nice to have a property paid off. 

I feel like I can scale a little faster eventually down the road vs single family.thoughts?
