I've actually already had some of those conversations with independently wealthy people.

I'm not trying to get wealthy (although it'd be nice) I just like the idea of owning homes, and making money without having to physically work for it.

Nice to know someone from my culture too!

Sure, we can live on x dollars for the rest of our lives, but should we stop creating value for our economy, society, culture, church, family, etc., because we have enough money?

Magazine top 500 fastest growing companies, but think it is Fortune Builders, not CT homes(the flipping business) that seems to be making the money.If I was bringing in $15,000 to $25,000 times 100 people on average per event I would be damn wealthy too.

Well.....I am still in the rat race with the same employer, drive the same car, live in the same house, get my 3 weeks vacation a year, and I am still not rich or wealthy from real estate.

My point is that culture can make a big difference.

Hello everyone, I've been reading BiggerPockets for two months, and greatly appreciate the oustanding feedback and supportive culture.

Most life long commercial brokers I am familiar with do VERY well and for a very long time and retire very wealthy... hopefully some people will stop and think that a career in RE over the long haul is far more beneficial than all these people that think they need to start as wholesalers  ... :)  and spend thousands on postage and mail peices etc. when for those same dollars they could truly start a career such as yours.
