I’ve been extremely interested in working to find my first deal, but I’m caught between a rock and a hard place right now.

The property values are still rock bottom because no matter how nice the home, the location is what dictates the price. 

Then they had to go back into the leech field a month later to repair crushed piping...apparently one of the young kids must have crossed the leech field with heavy equipment after laying it.
