Name is Joey. I don’t make enough to save significantly for my own investments. Looking for other ways to gain the money to invest and buy properties. What are your top methods?

My wife is highly skeptical of the BRRRR method. How would you help her see the way?

My credit is fair at the moment. Does this impact getting money from private investors/refinancing?

What are the top 3 things in your opinion I need to ensure a successful BRRR given my situation? Thanks.
