This isn’t a budgeting question - I’m pretty sure this way will be more expensive than the bids I have to install forced air heat and cooling.

It's important to keep your cool when things seem to go south.

I expect market to cool down a bit, and a possible increase in foreclosures.

Talk about how cool it would be to have financial security: a nice paid for car, a house of your dreams all paid for, great income coming in to cover all of our expenses and more so we can travel and give like crazy to causes that are bigger than us!  

Those who've been on the sidelines "waiting for the market to cool off" -- how many times have I heard that the last five years?

Principle paydown= usually only sends up being $100 a month for us per property but it's still cool!

I leave the old numbers to “cool off” for several months before throwing them back into production.2) each of my canned responses and automated texts come in 10-15 different wordings.

These numbers sound really cool, but they don't mean anything standing alone.
