Unless one option is significantly cheaper than the others, I would lean towards going with option one.Not only will the upfront costs likely be cheaper, but the cost to maintain the units over their lifetime should be cheaper as well.

Probably cost around $1400 (assuming 2 weeks at a hotel @ $100/night) I’m leaning towards option 3 with 1 and 4 being throw away options.

Hi @Marcello Miranda, with the info you've provided here's where I'd lean:  do what you said you were going to do through a legally binding contract.The contingency period is for doing your inspections and making sure everything checks out. 

We are heavily invested in Haverhill, as that is where we are head quartered and it makes maintenance calls very convenient.   

Escrow hold-back can provide a major convenience factor that is really attractive.If you understand how to use this tool and other buyers don’t, it’s a game-changer.

I'm leaning towards speaking to a new broker to obtain a HELOC, however, I would like to get input from the community.  

If you are flipping and selling, I might lean more towards the master suite plus laundry idea because this would likely appeal to more home buyers.
