Which is worth more bedroom or laundry room ?

The house im buying is a 2 bedroom 2 bath. They built a 25 x 14 addition but never did anything with the space. Would it be better to add one bedroom and a laundry room or make it a 4 bedroom 2 bath ? Which would add the most value ?

@Zach Kuhns I would suggest making it a 4 bedroom 2 bath, since more bedrooms would add more value, in my opinion.
